Payment, Shipping & Returns

PAYMENT METHODS

We use Stripe as our third-party payment gateway.  You will be bound by the parameters of payment methods accepted, and bound by the terms and conditions of using that third party gateway.

SHIPPING POLICY

For physical items, we aim to pack and ship your order within 48 hours.  Whilst we can estimate delivery times based on information provided to us, we cannot guarantee delivery times on behalf of local or international postal services.

Customs and import taxes:  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. CupQuet Pro is not responsible for delays due to customs.

​In the United States, the Trump administration has implemented a 10% import tariff on the value of goods purchased. This tariff will be reflected in your Cart at Checkout as an additional charge. Please note that this fee is beyond our control and is unfortunately passed on to you, the customer.

The shipping fees applied at checkout are the current rates as dictated by Australia Post.   We do not place any mark-up on the cost we pay.   

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Digital Download:  As the Cupcake Bouquet Design Template is digital and delivered electronically, we follow a strict no-refund policy in most cases. Please review our terms below:

1. No Refunds on Digital Products:  Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges.

​

2. Exceptions for Refunds:  Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 2 days with proof of the duplicate transaction.

  • Corrupt or Defective File – If the file is corrupted or not functioning as described, we will provide a replacement. If we are unable to fix the issue, a refund may be issued.

3. How to Request a Refund or Assistance:  If you need support, please email us at info@cupquetpro.com.au, and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots).  We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

​

Physical Product:  If you are not completely happy with any physical product sold by us, please reach out to us via email at info@cupquetpro.com.au to discuss the issue.   We may ask for photos of the issue.  If we agree that the product is at fault, returns & exchanges are accepted within 14 days, however, you as the Buyer, is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.   

We endeavour to ensure the product is sufficiently wrapped and protected when shipped, however, we cannot be responsible for any damage caused due to negligence on behalf of local or international postal services.
